Returning a Product
If it is not right, send it back. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not have to make a case for it. You have 28 days from the day it arrives: 14 to let us know, and another 14 to post it back.
How It Works
- Fill in the returns form on this page with your name, address, order number and what the problem is. When you print it, we get a note that it is on its way and you get a copy by email with our postal address on it.
- Put the form in with the item and post it back to us.
- When it lands we will notify you when it has arrived, and we will post the replacement or refund the card you paid with. Your choice.
